Silk blend, printed blouse done in one of Citron's newer styles: the "Tummy Tuck Blouse"
The Tummy Tuck blouse is reminiscent of their classic "wind jacket" style but the front and hem are quite different:
The front is quite full and fluid so it drapes more easily over the belly and it has a high low hem with the back long enough to cover your behind.
This style is done in a silk / rayon version of their "fukure" fabric.
The print is a classic Citron type print with water lilies and landscape.

NOTES ON FIT
Many Citron blouses are pretty straight cut but this one has a slight a-line cut to it with a few more inches overall in the bust, waist and hip - that, along with the slightly arched hem makes the blouse "flows" better in my opinion.
