One of Citron's newer styles called the "Tummy Tuck Blouse"
While this upper part of style is reminiscent of their classic wind jacket the waist and hem are quite different:
The front is quite full and drapes nicely over the belly and it has a high low hem with the back long enough to cover your rear.
This style is done in a silk / cotton jacquard fabric.

Many Citron blouses are pretty straight cut but this one has a slight a-line cut to it with a few more inches overall in the bust, waist and hip - that, along with the slightly arched hem makes the blouse "flows" better in my opinion.
